3 Economy - Part 1 Economy Type: Market A market economy is type of capitalistic economy in which sll prices are determined by the rate of supply and demand.

6 Climate The bright and dangerous South African sun does not seem to have much of an effect on average yearly temperatures of about 60º F. Seasons in the Southern hemisphere are opposite to that of the Northern; winter extends from June to September and warmer temperatures happen from October to about March. 8 Country Flag - Part 1 Some colors of the South African flag are based off of the colors of the ANC flag; gold, black, green, and the red, white and blue are taken from the flag of the Boer Republics. In 1925, these flag colors were chosen and applied by the African National Congress. South African flag
