5 Pre-2011 Version: Policy, Procedures and Best Practices  Development Plan – provides the teacher with a well thought out plan of action for the development of a successful online course.  Technology Plan – gives the teacher an opportunity to explore the technology available for delivering online learning opportunities.  Communication Plan – demonstrates the communication practices that are hoped for in an online course.  Implementation Plan – provides the teacher with a course of action to make the online course successful during the length of the course.  Review Plan – allows for feedback, assessment, and research of the online learning experience.

15 Data Collection  59 online courses taught in five semesters between Fall 2012 and Spring 2014.  Forty of the courses were graduate level; and 19 were undergraduate level.  Courses covered a variety of subjects, including accounting, biblical studies, business, communication, church history, economics, education, English, mathematics, nursing, nutrition, and public health.  The courses were taught by forty-six different teachers.  Due to various logistical challenges, not all of the scores are available for all of the courses.
