Your actions, if substantiated, constitute a violation the BPS policy against Corporal Punishment as established by Superintendent's Circular LGL-20, and is conduct unbecoming a teacher. You are hereby directed to attend an investigatory meeting on October 6, 2012 at 10:00 in my office. This meeting will afford you an opportunity to respond to allegations that you engaged in serious misconduct.
