2. TDEx Connecting Criminal justice across Texas In today’s world, security is a top priority. In order to provide all Texans with the protection they deserve, criminal justice professionals must work together. Sharing information is critical in the war against terror, drugs, and crime in general. TDEx not only opens the door of communication between agencies, but also drastically reduces the time involved in gathering information on offenders, jail records, and police incident reports. TDEx is about sharing data, while at the same time protecting it with a secure network. This cost-effective, time-saving tool will change the way law enforcement agencies investigate crime.
