Observations for Chilliwack Crime and public safety – not alarming but due attention needed in certain areas Slow-down in break and enters and reduction in auto theft in recent years coincides with Prolific Offender Management Program Marijuana Grow Operations remain a concern Health & Safety Inspection program has helped to improve the maintenance & management of ‘problem’ housing sites Downtown Property Crime has been reduced, although graffiti and prostitution remain a concern
