College Application Process ➔ Group and Individual Meetings: transcript review and planning session ◆ Graduation requirements & Post-secondary planning ◆ Individualized student letters will be sent to parents/guardians ➔ Application Process ◆ Student Responsibilities-send application, essay, fee directly to college ◆ Send SAT (&/or ACT) scores directly to colleges ◆ Fill out Financial Aid Forms (FAFSA & CSS Profile) ◆ Submit Records Release form, Yellow Cards and $3.00/college ◆ Keep track of deadlines and requirements ➔ Naviance: sending school records electronically ◆ Add Colleges, Request Transcripts & Letters of Recommendation ◆ PrepMe for the SAT ◆ Parents Accounts

Local Scholarships Plymouth High Schools’ Scholarship Application ●Posted on Naviance and HS Guidance Websites ●Due on or before Monday, February 2, 2015 Nye Scholarship ●Paper application available in the spring in the HS Guidance Offices ●Typically due on or before April 1, 2015 Adams Scholarship ●Based on 10th Grade MCAS Scores ●Notification this October ●PLEASE SAVE A COPY OF LETTER as proof Other independent scholarships will be posted on Naviance

Important Dates ➔ PPS College Fair: Tuesday, October 14 at 6:00PM at PNHS ➔ SAT School Day: Wednesday, October 15 ➔ FAFSA Night: Thursday, January 8 at 5:00PM at PSHS (snow date is Monday, January 12) ➔ “After the Acceptance” Seminar: Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 6:30PM at PNHS
