Weightage of Continual (Tests) and Semestral Assessments (Exams) Sec 1 & 2 SERVE. LEAD. EXCEL

Promotion Criteria EXPRESS STREAM Pass in English language AND Pass percentage in the average of all subjects (at least 50 % overall) A pupil who does not perform consistently well in both the continual (CA) and semestral assessments (SA) will be transferred to the Normal (Academic) course at the end of Sec 2. Promotion Criteria NORMAL ACADEMIC Pass in English Language and 2 other subjects OR Pass in 4 subjects A pupil who attains 70% or higher on average for all subjects at the end of Sec 1 or 2 (Normal Academic) may be transferred to the Express Course, if deemed able to cope with the demands of the Express course.
