Expenses were over budget in: Travel and staff bonuses (not budgeted 2012).  Open issue: The 2012 financial picture is very different from anticipated results due to the issues surrounding the WCIT 2012. WITSA did not receive the revenue it was entitled to and incurred additional costs for the gala event.
