Brainstorm….. Create a list of ALL SOP’s you will want to have in place by the end of the first week in school Choose a top three of those SOP’s which are consistently a headache with student ‘use’ Re-group with 2-4 other teachers with one similar SOP’s to develop

Create a Visual SOP Multi-step flow chart to help students solve problems

Continuous improvement MUSEUM WALK Get input, ask questions, make revisions from all the stakeholders If time allows create final drafts (OmniGraffle!) Remember feedback is to inform not always to change
