605 users completed online survey: 98% said it was useful 94% said it was interesting 93% will use again 86% learnt about routes to uni through work 88% info. learnt info. about jobs 30% no relative with uni exp. I was very unsure about the different career paths I could take, but the site helped me find a career that I am interested in and could look more into. It's great. I’m choosing my options soon, it really helped me. I now know what qualifications I need to go to university. Feedback from users 289,000 visits to the site 25,000 a month

Bristol City Council Provide every young person in Year 11 with basic information about the site so they are aware of what it offers and how to use it Provide information for teachers and parents about the site Follow up local providers to make sure they are all listed on the site and that the quality of their information is consistent Improve the quality and increase the impartiality of careers education, information, advice and guidance across the city, in particular: seek to promote the full range of opportunities at foundation and intermediate-level and for work-based learning at all levels

Helps post 16 students: Map their skills and experiences gained from study, life and work to the skills valued in HE - pre and higher level study, at Levels 3 and 4. See their potential for higher level study See that the gap between Level 3 and 4 is achievable Is a web-based tool which works in conjunction with teacher support/guidance. Participants create their own account and can access all their records. What is it? Sue Lewis will work with Head of 6 th or Deputy to introduce HE Skills Map to a group of Y12 students (max 30) and support the students in recording evidence of their skills at an appropriate level (Level 3/4). All presentation materials will then be given to the school to use with other groups. Time commitment: 1 – 1.5 hours session in IT room, one computer per student. Offer to BET schools
