10 Reasons Every Church Should Have A Legacy Ministry 1.If you are not asking the members of your church for planned gifts, you can bet someone else is... 2.Eventually that "someone else" will win their annual gifts too as planned gifts come from the heart. 3.Hard economic times when people are "cash-starved" are the best times for planned giving. 4.Those churches who even have a go at planned giving eventually earn 25% to 100% more than those who don't. 5.A typical planned gift is 200 to 300 times the size of the member's annual gift.
