Course Philosophy We will emphasize understanding concepts, not just memorizing jargon. We will spend a great deal of time discussing how we know what we know, e.g. the use of the Scientific Method. A good understanding of the Scientific Method will benefit you in situations beyond this class, so the effort is worthwhile.
