3  WIS 29 is a primary route with large traffic volumes  The purpose of the project is to correct geometric deficiencies associated with accesses to WIS 29  The project need is to provide reasonable access to WIS 107 and to WIS 29 3 E. 13 th Ln Big Rib River E. 15 th StHighland Dr Cattail Ave 152 nd Ave Maratech Ave Weisenberger Rd Krautkramer Rd NORTH

4  The WIS 107 interchange was originally constructed in 1992; with an asphalt overlay placed in 2011.  Improvements to WIS 29, east of WIS 107, were completed in 2013.  The proposed service road is an outcome of the ongoing WIS 29 freeway conversion study. 4

5  During the past eight months: initial data collection.  Met with local officials from the surrounding communities.  Next, we will gather input on the alternatives, and prepare preliminary environmental documentation. 5

6  Removal of access on WIS 29, near the WIS 107 interchange ramps, will help reduce an emerging safety concern. 6 1,800 feet 900 feet NORTH E. 13 th Lane Access
