The funnel can be used to target liquids into any container so they will not be lost or spilled.

The function of a test tube is to hold a small amount of liquid during an experiment. The test tube is made of specialized glass so it can be heated and cooled without breaking. This same type of glass makes the test tube brittle and it must be handled carefully.
6
Used to measure length or linear measurements.
7
The Erlenmeyer Flask is used to heat and store liquids. The advantage to the Erlenmeyer Flask is that the bottom is wider than the top so it will heat quicker because of the greater surface area exposed to the heat.
8
The function of a balance is to mass objects.
9
Both of these devices are for measuring length or linear measurements.
10
Used to make accurate measurements of liquid volumes.
11
The pipet is used for moving small amounts of liquid from place to place. They are usually made of plastic and are disposable
12
The thermometer is used to take temperature of solids, liquids, and gases. They are usually in o C, but can also be in o F
