TRUE or FALSE Resumes CAN NOT be no more than two pages. A one page resume is the BEST. Resumes NEED to show accomplishments. Recruiters/Hiring Mgrs. are BIASED when reading a resume. The most qualified person ALWAYS gets the job. Cover letters are a WASTE of time. BACKGROUND is more important than ATTITUDE. Your resume can EFFECT you from getting a job.

Keep short, concise, and to the point! Mimic job description and qualifications. Do you have a compelling story to tell? Why are you interested in the job? What is the company’s ROI if they hire you? Contact information.

Your resume is not the most important thing. You are at the mercy and bias of resume reviewer. Everyone has an opinion on resume writing. You must be comfortable with resume. Have you stayed current and relevant?
