LHTAC3 Local Efficiency Study Sample 30-35 Local Highway jurisdictions Adjust average costs to reflect regional differences and local standards Calculate 1/20th of paved miles for each of the study jurisdictions Develop a matrix that lists OPR projects and the number of miles completed for each jurisdiction Prepare case studies to explain why jurisdictions achieved their results Develop a list of the options that might be further evaluated for possible improvements in efficiency and cost effectiveness
