3 Just what is a Cluster Institute Coordinator? §A Cluster Institute Coordinator is a person who coordinates Ruhi Tutors in the cluster, links the friends in the cluster to the RTI and keeps statistics on these activities with love, humility, and accuracy.

4 What is a CIC Annual Conference? §CIC Reports Reporting statistics and overall progress of the cluster represented §CIC Training Learning to encourage and empower tutors in their service
