Federal Acquisition Service 7 Travel Services Solution (TSS) TSS is a comprehensive contracting vehicle that encompasses a variety of commercial travel services TSS is a complementary GSA program to ETS that can be used by a federal agency to procure TMC services TSS provides agencies flexibility to meet specific requirements such as small business utilization Travel consulting services are available to assist agencies in migrating to and adopting ETS
