Students were asked about: - Their level of satisfaction (opening hours, space, studying environment) - Frequency of visits - Type of use - Preferences regarding library organization (rules, space, etc.) - Suggestions for improvements - Requirements and preferences for new equipment and services - Awareness of library services - Their perception of the library in order of importance as a University service

Focus groups PhD students: more emphasis was placed on aspects such as digital library use Academic Staff: more emphasis was placed on aspects such as potential requirements for learning and teaching resources Students: more emphasis on place and services
