A Youth Social Entrepreneurial Plan
2
Youth is undergoing extensive study and vocational or technical training without any direction, career plan, aptitude; without knowing the purpose of their study. Graduates posses degrees but lack knowledge and skill required to be hired. Unskilled people are wandering for jobs, and employers are lacking real workforce. Aim less struggle and resulting Un-employment drives them to frustration and consequently engaged in negative activities.
3
Our vision is showing youth a hope, belief in themselves and thus striving in a positive manner. Providing youth a platform where they explore themselves and know their aptitude and capabilities. Helping youth in setting their own goals for their life, struggling for the achievement, and thus succeeding in their efforts.
4
Impart the sense of responsibility in youth and aware them what they are to face in their practical life. Show rather Teach. Guiding youth to induce knowledge and get skilled according to their aptitude as well as market demand. Explore rather Ask. Build a platform where youth is trained and kept in touch with job market demands and helped selling them the best. Help rather Expect. Enhance the core competencies of youth as per employer’s needs and connect them the potential employer. Train rather Experiment.
5
Unlike traditional career counselling; a platform is proposed for all the concerned to connect to each other. Facilitating students and parents to explore the talent and find suitable area of study, testing aptitude. Providing information regarding institutions, scholarships, job opportunities, industry requirements. Conducting job fairs, training workshops and arranging for on the job trainings.
6
The increasing population will be converted into workforce. Resources consuming people will start generating resources. Resources will be saved because consumed in effect way to attain the desired goal. Smart working will take over the hard work.
