8 Bid Request Process Sales Rep talk with potential clients, project owner Sales Rep submit Bid Request to Estimating Director Estimating Director assigns request to Estimator Estimator puts info into Excel; import into LabWorks LabWorks file with pricing info is sent to Estimating Director Estimating Director send pricing information to client Estimating Director waits to receive word on Bid Status (won or loss) Final Bid Status is sent to Sales Rep Based on final Bid Status, Sales Rep due follow up with client
