FixIT Crew FixIT Crew is a work-order software used by the Information Technology Department to electronically track all of the IT needs that are vital to the success of ABC Company.

Current Business Problems ABC Company’s IT Department is having trouble with work order assignment and specific communication regarding the work order. An electronic tracking system would be beneficial to ABC Company to track technician productivity, recurrence of certain computer related issues, and the amount of monetary resources being allocated to which departments and what kinds of computer related equipment.

Proposed Solution Build a work order system that automatically assigns the work order to a technician based on the user’s input of which department they work in. Have a system that will produce reports that show how many work orders technicians have been assigned and the outcomes of the completed work orders. Enable the system to report the amount of money being used by each department and on what type of equipment so ABC Company can allocate department budgets and improve IT Department spending.
