7 School Leaver Programme – Recruitment Criteria Qualifications Maths and English at GCSE Level with grade A in one subject 2 A Levels grade C or above preferably in Business Studies, Economics, Maths, English or Spanish Key behavioural competencies Client & Customer orientation Communicating & Influencing Results Orientation Team-working Personal leadership Knowledge, skills, experience Good listening skills Ability to generate conversations with customers Problem solving Keyboard & PC skills (Word, Excel) Ability to work under pressure & remain calm Ability to work quickly & accurately Confident Numerate Experience of working in a customer focused environment preferred * NB – no age related criteria
