3. Step 2 – Edit your template You can open your template in Microsoft Word Fill in information about your chapter in the highlighted section but don’t change anything else It will looks like this…not too bad, right?

4. Step 3 – Save the files Copy and paste all the text from Word into Notepad and Save (How to open Notepad: Start menu  All programs  accessories  Notepad) Save as type: All files File name: “pagename.html” Notepad

5. Step 4 – Contact Gary Scharoff Gary is a Dentist/ AO alumni member He will give you: 1.An address for your site (for example: www.alpha.ao.org) 2.A password 3.A username gms@pipeline.com

6. Step 5 – Download Filezilla Go to: http://filezilla-project.org/ and download free program This program takes files that are on your computer and places them on the internet

7. This is Filezilla You will need the information that Gary Scharoff gave you Website address Username Password

8. Step 6 – Transfer files to Filezilla Drag files from your computer to your Filezilla folder Index.html

9. You’re Done Go to the address that Gary Scharoff gave you
