Federal Recovery Coordination Program Joint program of the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense Provides comprehensive coordination of care for severely injured, ill or wounded Service Member or Veteran through their recovery, rehabilitation and reintegration. Provides support for family members and/or caregivers.

Eligibility DoD/VA Senior Oversight Committee (SOC) established Criteria –Open to OEF/OIF Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve service member or Veteran, regardless of combat –Hospitalized in military treatment facility; Diagnosed or referred with one or more: –Spinal Cord Injury –Burns –Amputation –Traumatic Brain Injury –Visual Impairment –Post traumatic Stress Disorder –At risk for psychological complications
