4 Background Serenity specializes in both women and men hair cuts. Use appointment book and manual filing system.

5 Needs Provide additional services and products to generate income. Incorporation of a database to do away with current manual filing system and paper trail.

6 Requirements Implement computerized business system to record customer id’s, product a and service costs as well as appointment times and dates. Training of each employee on new database system.

7 Value Added Decrease paper usage within the company. Will improve business efficiency therefore leading to happier customers. Generate more revenue with new services added.
