ECHA provides technical and scientific guidance and tools for the operation of REACH for - industry, especially SMEs - other stakeholders supports national helpdesks provides assistance to registrants provides explanatory information on REACH to other stakeholders

Helpdesk (REACH Advice, IUCLID, REACH IT) Guidance on REACH Dedicated web pages (e.g. pre-registration) FAQ documents Additional tools: Navigator, CSA/CSR-tool, Guidance, Guidance submission manuals, Guidance feedback form, Fact sheets, Web Tutorials, Glossary, etc. Leaflets, Brochures, Press Services Manage the national helpdesk network (REHCORN)

Therefore: Guidance needs to be acceptable and workable for all stakeholders that –prepare dossiers (Industry, MSCA, ECHA) –assess dossiers (MSCA, ECHA–staff/C’ttees) –enforce REACH (enforcement authorities)
