Institutional Strategies & Goals - Promoting Our Health - Mont Alto Goal “Encourage communal activities … ” Individual Goal Work with some of the occupational or physical therapy students to promote movement for sedentary professions.

Individual Goal Work with some of the occupational or physical therapy students to promote movement for sedentary professions. Individual SMART Goal Collaborate with three OT or PT students next fall to build an educational campaign to promote movement for sedentary professions and pilot it with 5 people in my unit in Winter 2015-16. Survey participants to see if the stretches helped them feel better.
