Take a picture upload it into the computer and change it using only the cool colors on the program. 3. Create a drawing that is a image with lots of details. Then redo it in oil pastels.

3. Art Activities To Do: 1.Create a 3D version of your house out of toothpicks… 2.Create a tribal hut using only natural materials you bring in. 3.Create a skyline of our city to educate the public we have one! 4.Create sketches of the unique architectural details found on our downtown buildings.

8. Art Activities To Do: 1.Create a collage using scissors much like the artist, Matisse did for his famous artwork. 2.Does it matter what type of scissors you use for your work or not? (Opinion, no right or wrong answer on this one!) 3. Trace the shape of the scissors carefully; create an abstract image of those images and color them creatively.

Art Activities To Do: 1.Look around the room and list all the things you see that have some shading visible to your eye. 2.What are different ways to show shading on an object; show example of this on your paper. 3.What artist is “known” for using lines to create a sense of shadow in his artwork?

10. Art Activities To Do: 1.Name the objects around you that look stable; do they have to be alive or not? 2.Think of the most “stable” building downtown that you can think of. What gives the appearance that it is to you? 3.Pretend you are a designer; you must design a new type of school desk that is “stabile”. How will it look to give it that effect?

11. Art Activities To Do: 1.Make a small sketchbook and create at least 10 thumbnail sketches of objects in the room. 2.Choose one of the sketches you did, copy it 5 times and color one of them any way you choose. 3.Take the other copies and color them differently from the first one you colored.
