International Symposium on Volunteering - Geneva 2001 UMIS- SMEA Katarina Jagic President 5 SMEA Croatia in EU EUROPARTENARIAT from ‘99 Programme and initiative of European Commission from 1988 providing help to SMEs in globalization, internationalization and partner search organized twice a year in one of EU countries In two days it brings together 3.000-5.000 SMEs from 85 countries each SME can have 30 meetings prearrranged by National Counsellor 30-50% of all meetings turn to concrete co-operation, partnership or joint-venture
