Goals By cooperation finding the methods that makes the target group achieve greater participation and employment rates 70% have a plan for their next step (30% to work 15% to studies 25% other known plan)

Target group 16-24 years old Drop outs No network Lack of support Lack of motivation and low self esteem In need for adaptation 40.000 youths outside the systems in Sweden
