Broadcast: Tops in Summer Ratings
Live+SD Ratings Women 18+ (w/children) Nationally, during the 2008/2009 TV Season, Broadcast delivered 195 of the Top 200 Programs. Cable sellers like to cite total aggregate audience delivery for all of cable while TV Station salespeople usually present program audiences. The problem with the aggregate approach is that hundreds of cable sources can be lumped together even though many are rarely ever bought, and several do not even insert local commercials. People watch programs and broadcasters present end sell that way. Broadcast delivered 50 of the top 50 and 100 of the top 100 programs with Women 18+ (w/children) Source: Nielsen NPower 06/29/ /12/2015. Media Landscape Phoenix
