TRAINING TEMPLATE Freshers’ Fair Monday 1 st of October & Tuesday 2 nd of October Set up from 8.30am. Access from 10am until 5pm for general public on 1 st and 10am-3pm on 2 nd Sticker system with payment at central bank of tills. Membership information will be accessible by the end of the week. No email Address’, no taking money!!!!!

Room Bookings Room Booking Talks 2012!!!!! Any member of your committee who wants room booking rights (up to a maximum of 3) has to attend a Conferences room booking talk. These will be held on: 10 October, 12noon-1pm Hong Kong Theatre, Clement House 17 October, 1-2pm Hong Kong Theatre, Clement House 26 October, 2-3pm Hong Kong Theatre, Clement House
