Floor Plan Layout I chose dorm style bedrooms to accommodate 24 students. I chose to have a small kitchen area, and commons area together where students can socialize and fix food if they want. I chose to include two bathrooms. Due to having multiple genders in the building. I included one laundry room that is easily assessable for the students.

Conclusion My conclusion is it took a lot of time to plan and developed a design. Meeting the square footage allow was difficult and made me think new and creative ways to fit enough space in so that it could accommodate all students in the class. There was a initial budget set at 1.5 million dollars, but do to green technology and better building standards, the project came in at a total of $553,746. Yes, this project had me learning about and finding new and green materials that can be used as building materials.
