Advanced Technical Credit A high school may offer an ATC course when the high school teacher meets the college faculty credentials the teacher has completed online ATC training the high school enhances the course to meet the content of the equivalent college course Copyright © Texas Education Agency. Advanced Technical Credit Students earn credit for ATC courses at participating colleges when an ATC-approved secondary teacher teaches the course the student earns an 80 or higher in the course the student takes the course as a junior or senior the receiving college offers the course the course is in the student’s college degree plan the student requests credit from the college within 15 months of high school graduation Copyright © Texas Education Agency.
