Scope of AS committee work Two Primary Assignment: 1.Management Assignment: Organizational, Analysis & Development. * Identify Key Stakeholders and determine their needs. * Identify the roles and responsibilities of each Department. * Review related laws for the purpose of automation. * Identify management /technical links to other systems and ministries.

5. Scope of AS committee work 2 * Identify all the systems to be included in the system. * Review process work flow in each department. *Improve process work flow in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. *Prepare documented process manuals for departments.

Preparation of system Requirements, Specifications and Management of system Procurement. * Reflect the organizational chart in the automated system. * Review and document all processes for the purpose of automation. * Prepare system functional requirements. * Prepare system specification for automation. * Prepare Monitoring system for next-phase implementation.

7. Implementation Methodology 1.Technical Approach: Explaining what we will do and what the outcomes we will deliver. 2.Management Approach: Explaining how we will perform activities and tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes.

8. Conditions of Government Operation WB and Gaza are separated. Functions are divided between WB and Gaza. Connections between WB and Gaza through Israeli network. Limited wireless communications usage. International gateway through Israel.
