Romans: God is RIGHTEOUS in JUDGMENT (1:18-3:20) – must condemn all because all sin in JUSTIFICATION (3:21-5:21) – declares believers righteous through Christ in SANCTIFICATION (6:1-8:39) – makes believers righteous through the Spirit
