11. Steps To Create An Ad:  Step 4: Category-‘Real Estate By Broker’  Step 5: Choose Area Nearest You- ex. ‘San Fernando Valley’  Step 6: Detail Posting (Price, Location, Description, Pictures)

12. Don’t Forget:  Include the verbiage “Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc. Presents…” if it is not your own listing.  Pictures will generate calls all on their own-So don’t forget them!  Refresh the ad every couple of days to maximize exposure (this keeps your posting at the top of the list).
