What has changed – Alert Observations Project #: – Field added to cluster AO’s per project – Convention the apro number is to be used for Coteba/Artelia projects TBD for ABB programs

What has changed – Alert Observations Time: – Time plus AM/PM indication changed into 24 Hrs clock – Convention HH:MM format to be used

What has changed – Alert Observations Unannounced AO: – Field ( Yes/No) added to indicate if the AO was announced or not Unannounced means that the observer appears on site without giving a heads up or pre-notice to the persons observed – One should strive to maximize the number of unannounced visits
