13 The Kaaba Located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, the Kaaba is the most sacred site for Muslims. A Muslim must take the hajj (pilgrimage) to Mecca at least once in his/her life.

14 Black Stone of the Kaaba Muslims believe that the revered "black stone" (Al-hajar Al-Aswad) is a special divine meteorite, that dates to the time of Adam and Eve. It is presently embedded in the southeastern corner of the Kaba. Muslims touch and kiss the black stone during Hajj but non-Muslims are strictly forbidden to even touch it. If one cannot touch it, then during each of the seven times the Kaaba is circled one points at it with their right hand.
