7. pregnancy care centres These are information and counselling facilities for women, men & their families facing an unplanned pregnancy. All options are explored. Information is given on abortion, adoption, single parenting and foetal development

13. Adoptions -ACFL affiliated centres work together with accredited social workers who screen & counsel prospective adoptive parents. -Together support is offered to prepare the birth mom, adoptive parents and baby for adoption plan.

Mother Homes  These are homes for pregnant women who have either chosen to release their baby for adoption or who will parent their baby and need of emergency accommodation.  Residents are involved in household duties including cooking, gardening, washing and other household chores. A homely atmosphere is maintained.

Skills Training An important part of the role of Mother Homes is teaching useful skills to the moms, for example; Sewing Arts & Crafts Fabric Painting Card Making Candle Making Cooking & Baking Hygiene Business skills Basic Computer Skills Entrepreneurial To supplement income within the Home as well as giving the women skills for their future.
