Advanced Placement Program b Advanced Placement courses are offered to students in all academic areas by recommendation only. b Courses are extremely challenging. b Courses culminate in mandatory AP exams. b $90 per exam. b Course is taught to a nationally recognized standard. Junior Honor Society Students become eligible for membership in the Junior National Honor Society upon accumulation of: A grade point average of 90 or higher by the end of the third marking period, in 8 th, 9 th or 10 th grade. A faculty committee will review the application for academic, service, leadership and teacher recommendation for each candidate. Scholar Incentive Medals Points are accumulated from grades 9-12
