Theme s One to one tuition for numerous subjects provided by dedicated in school learning mentor along with pastoral support. Subject materials and teaching style reformatted tailored both to the individual and to achieving success in examination. External tutor brought in to strengthen home link and assist predominantly with confidence building, organisational skills and planning. Dedicated PP form times run by learning mentor for pastoral support and preparation for the day. Additional revision sessions provided Exam materials, food drink and transport provided where necessary Support with post 16 provided; linking students up with places in further education, assisting in writing CV’s and providing references
