1. Using APA to Record Source Information Write down all the places you find information.

2. APA Reference List Is all the necessary information present in each citation? Is all the information presented in the correct order in each citation? Did the author place the title (References) at the top of the page and format it correctly? (It should not be bold or underlined.) Is double spacing applied throughout the entire reference list? Did the author flush left the first line of the entry and indent subsequent lines? (use hanging format?)

4. APA Reference List Did the author order entries alphabetically by the authors’ surnames? Did the author invert authors’ names (last name first followed by initials: Smith, J.Q.)? Did the author capitalize only the first letter of the first word of a title and subtitle? Did the author capitalize all major words in journal or website titles? Did the author italicize the names of books or journal and newspaper titles?
