2 The Automotive Industry Forecasted to remain a growing industry Job growth for auto technicians predicted to reach 17% through 2020 The demand for auto technicians will continue to increase by 6%; 9% in the U.S. Driving the demand is a growing population that will buy and drive more vehicles The median wage for Automotive Service Technicians in WI is $35,100 annually; potential to earn $65,000+

3 Green Bay Area Public School District  Auto lab at WHS is now Bay Link Manufacturing  Small Engines is offered at EHS, PHS, and WHS  Vehicle Service 1 is offered at EHS and PHS  Vehicle Service 1, 2 and 3at EHS  Dual Enrollment = 3 NWTC credits  In process of completing NATEF Certification  Continued interest in career pathway related to automotive industry (250% increase in last 5-years)
