Step 1- Traditional Society characterized by an existing, agricultural based economy intensive labor low levels of trading population that does not have a scientific perspective on the world and technology

Step 2- Preconditions to Take-off society begins to develop manufacturing Has a worldlier, as opposed to regional, outlook.

Real Life Example- Singapore Population over five million Industrialized early, developing profitable manufacturing and high-tech industries now highly urbanized- 100% of the population considered "urban." One of the most sought-after trade partners in the international market, with a higher per-capita income than many European countries.
