Snacks on the Go Put dried fruits and nuts, fresh veggies, or fruit in small baggies. Pack some fat-free or low-fat string cheese sticks. Yogurt Tubes Trail Mix with very little candy added Nuts Packaged Whole wheat crackers with peanut butter Sugar-free Jell-o Cups

Making sweets healthier
Cookies-add oatmeal and/or nuts Brownies-add nuts and do not use frosting Ice Cream- for toppings use fresh fruit When baking use wheat flour instead of white When something calls for sugar use Splenda or another sugar substitute.
