13. Honors Scholarship 4 4 Students who ranked first in each class with conduct grade over 80 will receive scholarship NTD 5,000 (~USD 167). Students who ranked second in each class with conduct grade over 80 will receive scholarship NTD 3,000 (~USD 100). Students who met the above criteria but have withdraw/drop a course in the previous semester are not entitled to receive the Honors Scholarship. Students are automatically reviewed. No application required. International Affair Part- Time Scholarship 5 5 International students proficient in English (TOEIC 550 and above) and Chinese (TOCFL A2 and above). Scholarship NTD 2,000 (~USD 66) per month. Quota: 2 recipients per semester. Recipient is expected to fulfill obligations as part-time student worker at Office of Research and Development and hold a valid work permit.
