All rights reserved 3 Policy decision membership Motion 59 at GA 2008: develop contractual relationships with all National Initiatives, to come to regional approaches and strategies and to have a represented National Initiative as an observer to all Board meetings.

All rights reserved 6 Network partners 3 Different levels of engagement: National Focal Point: individual, FSC member specified and agreed task, voluntary basis with expense reimbursement, no representation National Representative: individual, specific and agreed responsibilities, part-time, contract with FSC-I, ‘revenue sharing’, represents FSC National Office: group of people, legal entity, financial/organisational sound, professional fundraising, contractual agreement, yearly targets, revenue sharing, represents FSC
