NSW DEC - Duty of Care responsibilities include: minimising potential risk to students in SBATs in relation to child protection, workplace safety and supervision in the workplace monitoring the progress, safety and welfare of students in SBATs using the notifications process to ensure follow-up of incidents concerning school based apprentices or trainees
